For access to certain Services on the Portal, Users must register on the Portal by providing the following information:

1. Username
2. Password
3. Email ID
4. Date of birth

We may capture, and record your device information, operating system information, network information, and location in the course of providing you with access to the Services, and to make sure that your identity and account details are secure through the Portal. If you need to give more information, like your Permanent Account Number, you might also have to do that.

Our Portal may also collect Sensitive Personal Information from you in certain circumstances. SPI refers to data about your physical, physiological, and mental health condition; medical records; biometric information; and information regarding your sexual orientation. It can also refer to information pertaining to the payment instrument/mode/modes made available to you by which to make such payments, such as cardholder name, credit card number (encrypted form), expiration date, banking details, and wallet details. You will be given this information at the time of payment so that you can finish your payment quickly.

Other than the financial information you provide to Supersixers while making payment for any Service on the Portal, no other SPI is collected during the course of providing the Service. Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy or under a separate written agreement between Supersixers and you, or as required by law, any SPI collected by Supersixers will be kept confidential. SPI, including public information, which is publicly available on the Portal will not be subject to this condition.

The Services may enable Users to invite other existing Users or other users ("Invited Users") to use any of the Services by providing their email addresses or Facebook account usernames. Following that, the Invited User may be contacted by Supersixers and invited to register with Supersixers (if such an Invited User has not registered with Supersixers thus far) and participate in the game to which the User invited such person. Invited Users will be subject to this Privacy Policy as well as the Terms and Conditions for use of the Portal upon participating in any Game. In addition, by submitting this form, the User represents that all Invited Users have consented to Supersixers obtaining their email addresses and Facebook usernames and consent to Supersixers using this information.

In order to provide services, including but not limited to the Services requested by the User, the required information is specific and relevant to the Game/Services the User wishes to participate in or access. In order to improve the Services and provide you with the most user-friendly game experience, we collect information from the Users.

In limited circumstances, Supersixers may also share such information with affiliates and third parties, such as to provide services requested by the User, ensure network and service security, comply with legal requirements, and prevent fraud or imminent harm.

Furthermore, Supersixers reserves the right to disclose personal information when required by law, in response to duly authorised legal process, as required by law, or when necessary to protect Supersixers's rights and interests.

Users of the Portal can improve the efficacy and usability of the Portal by using "cookies", or similar electronic tools to gather the information that will serve as User Identification (User ID) to understand each User's individual interests. Without a User's voluntary identification (e.g., through registration), Supersixers does not know who the User is, even if Supersixers assigns a cookie to the User's computer. Only personal information supplied by the User can be stored in a cookie. Cookies cannot access the hard drive of the User. Users who click on (web name)'s advertising banners may also receive cookies from Supersixers's advertisers, a process Supersixers does not control.

When the Users visit the Portal, Supersixers's web servers automatically record a limited amount of information, including the User's IP address, about the User's connection to the Internet. You may have come across deceptive emails, websites, blogs, etc. purporting to come from or be associated with Supersixers. Our logo, photos, links, content, or other information are frequently included in these emails, websites, blogs, etc. In some emails, websites, blogs, etc.The user is asked to provide login information, password, or information stating that the user has won a prize/gift or offers a method to commit an illegal act/deed/request detailed personal information/request payment. Supersixers has no connection with these sources or contents of emails, websites, blogs, etc., and their accompanying materials. Please do not respond to any such emails or use these websites, blogs, etc. for your own protection. If we update our services, you will be informed about them using the contact information you provide to Supersixers, including your email address and/or phone number.

SUPERSIXERS DOES NOT IN ANY CAPACITY WARRANT THAT THIS PORTAL OR ITS SERVERS, OR EMAILS SENT BY SUPERSIXERS OR ON SUPERSIXERS BEHALF ARE FREE OF VIRUSES. Supersixers users can request that their accounts and personal information be removed by sending an email to (email id) with their written request.

Responses will be made promptly and in any case within one month of:

You will lose access to the Portal and Services, as well as the personal information associated with your account if you permanently deactivate your account. You can request account restoration within six (6) months of receiving notification of account deletion by contacting (email id).

As soon as you request your data be deleted, we follow a deletion process that ensures that your data is permanently removed from our servers or retained only in an anonymous format. Whenever possible, we work to ensure that the information we collect is protected against accidental deletion or malicious removal. As a result, there might be a delay between when you request the deletion and when the copies have been deleted from our active and backup systems.
